BATTLE GROUND CLASS

What it does:
High-intensity, low-impact (HILIT) team-style workouts designed to enhance strength, endurance, and agility. This research-backed program is specialized for individuals with Parkinson’s but welcomes participants of all fitness levels. Each 39-minute class is optimized within a structured hour-and-a-half, with new sessions opening every 3 minutes for easy scheduling.
Requirements:
No physician clearance required; armband monitoring is necessary (available to borrow). A medical review is recommended for individuals with known cardiac or uncontrolled conditions.

Ideal for fit individuals or those returning to fitness, seeking a challenging, varied workout experience. Led by certified trainers, participants receive support and guidance throughout the class, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
