BATTLE GROUND FITNESS CLASS 

Experience the benefit of a mind-blowing program that delivers a total-body workout on an efficient course incorporating ultimate HILIT high-intensity, low-impact training, cardiovascular benefits, and brain change exercises.

 

This 10-round defense station circuit is based on time and focused on Parkinson's symptom control. You can easily adjust the workout by slowing down, speeding up your pace, or customizing it to make it appropriate.

 

Each 3-minute station is short but effective. The 39-minute circuit workout utilizes a unique blend of cognitive equipment, distinct styles of kickboxing for PD, and dynamic variable resistance equipment for full-body movement-based exercises.

 

Between each round, catch your breath with a quick "active recovery" as you go to the next station until you complete all 10 (members glove up midway) stations to complete the circuit.

Training in this manner provides members with a traditional sweat-inducing workout to meet a member's unique needs best.

 

Our gym layout was developed by a Parkinson's certified specialist and designed to proactively address potential issues rather than reacting after they happen.

 

Our team of fitness therapists develops timed circuit stations that change once every two weeks to increase skill-based exercises while improving the ability of our clients to make more prominent movements in a structured workout.

Stations utilize cognitive and dynamic variable resistance equipment to make it fun and challenging. Between each round, catch your breath with a quick "active recovery," then march to the next station until you complete all ten stations.

The program allows you to adjust your workout by slowing down, speeding up your pace, or incorporating customizations to make it appropriate.

This class is offered to members at Blue and Green levels.
