SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-private training is a significant next step after one-on-one training and offers a way to continue at a lower rate than one-on-one training.

This setting is available to clients on personal training programs during peak times to allow flexibility with schedules.

 

Clients can come into a private setting and still receive their custom workout while working alongside clients needing similar peak time slots. Max set limit of six clients per hour. Each client will have their own private workout space.

 

Message from FT: Perfect for clients trying to take their fitness to the next level. All our program sessions allow for interchanging to this setting with no extra fees for coming during peak requested times.

 

Class performance is for clients who have exercised actively for at least six months.

 

The First Step to getting started:

Schedule your virtual consultation. Get any questions you have answered and have your goals assessed by a pro. This initial appointment starts with an evaluation and complementary test drive workout. At this complimentary appointment, our fitness therapist will review all currently available programs and provide a quote with payment options based on your goals and needs. In addition to the consultation, we offer a 2nd complimentary session for a Demo Training session to make sure our gym and training programs are a match for you.

 

Enjoy the focused attention your small group will receive, along with the energy of your group members.

 

These sessions focus on long-term recovery to provide tools and learning that help to educate and enable you to function independently by staying physically active across a lifespan. You still benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programs to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your Fitness Therapist and fellow group members.

 

Ultimately, our goal is to provide you with a good fitness therapy program and to guide you from semi-private to group sessions along with training on your own during after-hour access.

Your fitness therapist will design diverse (there's no guesswork for members) daily/monthly workout programs for all members.

Tuesday and Thursday 

5:00 pm-6:00 pm

 

Above are our most popular training time options. With increased training time demands, we can always open up more reservation spots to accommodate your training! If you need another time to train, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate, as we are always adding more training time options.

This service is available to members at Blue and Green levels and our members with no physical restrictions or limitations.
