Big Moves! Monday is an exercise program designed to get your week started correctly. This program activates significant muscles in your body with big intentional movements, helping reduce stiffness and improve circulation, coordination, and balance.


Instructor: Glen Higa, NASM-CPT (certified personal trainer) and certified PWR! Moves instructor (Parkinson's Wellness Recovery). He was diagnosed in 2018 with Young Onset Parkinson's.

This class is offered to members at Purple and Yellow levels.
