In the past it was often thought that getting older was a time to slow down and take it easy. Thanks to medical research, we now know that staying active throughout your senior years not only slows the aging process, but also significantly improves your well-being and quality of life.  In fact, many of the health problems associated with older age such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, and joint problems are, in many cases, simply the result of leading a more sedentary lifestyle.

At FTH, we do not have a one size fits all approach.  We train to help you improve your quality of life and take this responsibility as your therapist seriously. We want to empower you with a sense of confidence to tackle the daily tasks of life and the thrill of excitement when hitting special milestones such as walking up a flight of stairs step over step. No goals are too small at FTH.  You’ll gain greater self-confidence and self-esteem, improved brain function and health, and we will shower you with much-deserved praise along the way.
